Meet Laurel James
Laurel James, originally from Meridian, MS, moved to Bartlett, TN at the age of fourteen. Since then she has been an active part of her community, studying cosmetology for four years at Bartlett High School and graduating from the acclaimed Plaza Beauty School in 2001. In 2006 she opened her own business, Laurel James Hair Elements. Laurel’s desire to be a professional hair stylist ignited when she was a little girl and has been a motivating force into what Laurel sees as a God-given, God-driven calling to use her talents, passion and creativity to take care of her customers inside and out and to be an active, generous, vital part of the Bartlett community. Laurel sees herself as an artist who has laid the foundation of her business on principles of integrity, while consistently challenging herself to be at the height of her profession
